A traditional Italian ribbon-pasta freshly handcrafted in Auroville with organic ingredients. Infused with beetroot , this pasta is a delicious option at any time and allows you to prepare colorful and nutritious dishes. Its flat shape gives a special touch to the simplest dishes. Excellent with meat, fish or vegetables, accompanied with light and creamy sauces.
